With respect to your invitation for sealed bids regarding the above referenced disposition, I am pleased to
bid the sum of $__________________(“Bid Price”) for the Properties comprising Sealed Bid Sale Group
_______[ specify by roman numeral the Se aled Bid Sale Property Group number].
Enclosed are three (3) originally executed copies of the Contract of Sale, together with the deposit amount,
equaling 10% of the Bid Price, by unendorsed certified or bank check made payable to the order of the New
York City Housing Authority.
1. I understand NYCHA makes no representation as to the condition of the Properties; and agree
to accept title to the Properties in “As Is” condition.
2. I understand closing of title is scheduled for three (3) months after the Bid Date; and that time
shall be of its essen ce with respect to such closing date.
3. I certify I have read and understand the provisions of the Bidders Information Packet, including
the Terms and Conditions, and the Contract of Sale, and if my bid is selected, I will comply with
the requirements of the Contract of Sale.
4. I acknowledge and agree I am not purchasing the Properties for my own residential use; and
further acknowledge the Authority’s right to reacquire title should I fail to complete renovations
to the Properties within the time required by the Contract of Sale.
