IDAHO NOTICE TO QUIT PREMISES

all persons in possession
By written notice served on the day of , 20 , you were
advised that you were in violation of the terms of your Rental Agreement for the above
addressed premises for the non-payment of rent.
In accordance with Idaho Code Section 55-2010, YOU ARE HEREBY
NOTIFIED that based upon your failure to pay the amount specified in said notice within
three (3) days of its service upon you, YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT IS
TERMINATED, AND THAT YOU MUST VACATE THE PREMISES WITHIN
THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THIS NOTICE, removing your
home, and all persons and belongings, and leaving the premises in a neat and orderly
condition.
You are further advised that Idaho Code Section 55-2009(5) provides that "no
home shall be removed from any Community until the rental payments,
including the
month when the home is moved, are paid, or the provisions of Section 55-2009(5), Idaho
Code, have been fully complied with and the landlord notified of date and time of
removal."
Failure to vacate within the time herein provided, and to pay all rents owing, will
result in the immediate commencement of legal proceedings against you for treble
damages and such other relief as may be allowed under Idaho Law. You are further
advised that Idaho Code Section 55-2018 provides that in any legal proceeding seeking
your eviction from the community, except in those cases where treble damages are
awarded, the Court shall award attorneys fees to the prevailing party.
