the administration thereof.

Article 4.I intend to leave a written statement or list in whichI will indicate the

distribution of certain items of my personal property.I refer my Personal

Representative to this list to dispose of items of tangible personal propertynot

otherwise specifically disposed of below, otherthan money, evidences of indebtedness,

documents of title, securities, and property used in trade orbusiness.This list will be

dated, will be in my handwriting orsigned by me, and will include a description of the

items and recipients with reasonable certainty.This list may be prepared before or after

execution of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENTand may be altered by me after its

preparation.Iwill sign and date any alteration.If for any reason no such list is in

existence at my death orfails to dispose effectively of all itemized property, then I direct

that such propertybe disposed of asa part of my residuary estate.

Article 5.I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of

my estate, of every kind and character, nototherwise disposed of above, of whatever

nature orkind, and wherever located or situate, whether presently owned by me,

hereafteracquired, or towhich I may be or become entitled hereafter, and including but

not limited tothat over which I have a power of disposition or appointment, to my

children in equalshares, as their sole and separate property.In the event that anyof

these devisees should predecease me, the share whichwould have gone tothat

deceased person shall be distributed to his or herchildren then surviving, if any, in

equal shares, per stirpes.In the event thatany of these devisees should predecease me

and leave no surviving issue, then the share to which such deceased person would have

been entitled shall be distributed tothe survivors in equal shares.

Article 6.In the eventthat any surviving child of mine shall be a minor, then

Conservators of such minor child.In the event thateither of these persons shall be

Article 8.I give my Personal Representative the power and authority tosell at

publicor private sale, for cash or credit, with or without security, orto mortgage, lease,

dispose of, and distribute in kind, all property, real and personal, at such time and upon

such terms and conditions my Personal Representative maydeem advisable, without

CourtOrder.No purchaser shall be bound to see to the application of funds.I further

authorize my Personal Representative, in its sole discretion, tosettle all claimsthat may

be pending or brought against me or my estate and to adjust and compromise any

estate orinheritance taxes levied or assessed upon any devise or bequest.I further

direct and empower my Personal Representative, in its sole discretion, to payany or all

estate taxes from income which isattributable to my estate.

Article9.Regardlessof anything tothe contrary contained in any statute, any

individual (whether referred toby name, as a member of a classor as my or another's

heir orissue) who isnot established by clear and convincing evidence tohave survived

any event(including my death or the death of another individual) by 120 hours shall be

deemed to have predeceased that event.
