(i) This Mortgage incorporates the Metro Bank Mortgage Conditions (January 2014). You acknowledge that you have received a copy of

the Mortgage Conditions and the Mortgage Offer Letter.

(ii) Should you wish to repay this mortgage early, the Lender may have the right to impose an early repayment charge. The early

repayment charges that will apply are set out in section 10 the Mortgage Offer Letter and are explained in section 19 of the Metro Bank

Mortgage Conditions.

(iii) You charge the Property with full title guarantee by way of legal mortgage as a continuing security with the payment of all monies

payable by you to Metro Bank under the Mortgage Conditions and the conditions set out in the Mortgage Offer Letter.

(iv) The Mortgage secures further advances but does not oblige Metro Bank to make further advances.

(v) You apply to the Chief Land Registrar for an entry to be made on the register relating to the Property that no disposition of the

registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for
