QUIT CLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE, Made on this _______ day of __________ ____, ______, by and between

John Doe, a single person, of the County of St. Charles, and State of Missouri, party or parties of the First

Part, hereinafter “Grantor”, and William Smith and Jane Smith, Husband and Wife, of the County of St.

Charles, in the State of Missouri, party or parties of the Second Part, hereinafter “Grantee”. (Mailing

address of said first named Grantee is: 456 Second Street, O’Fallon, Missouri 63366.

WITNESSETH, That the said party or parties of the First Part in consideration of the sum of Ten

Dollars and other good and valuable cons ideration, to him/her/them paid by the said party or parties of the

Second Part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, REMISE, RELEASE

AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto said party or parties of the Second Part, the following described

Lots, Tracts or Parcels of land, lying, being and situated in the County of St. Charles and State of Missouri,

to-wit:

Addition to the City of O’Fallon, Missouri as shown by plat

book 10 page 50 Recorder’s Office, St. Charles County, Missouri.

Also known as: 123 Ma in Street, O’Fallon, Missouri 63366

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and

appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the said party or parties of the Second Part, and his/her/their heirs

and assigns, FOREVER so that neither the said party or parties of the First Part nor his/her/their heirs, or

any other person or persons for him/her/their or in his/her/their name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim

or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them

shall, by these presents, be excluded and forever barred.
