QUITCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the City of Little Rock, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the

State of Arkansas, Grantor, by its Mayor, Mark Stodola, and City Clerk, Susan Langley, duly

authorized by p roper resolution of its Board of Directors, for the consideration of the sum of Ten

and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid by Board

of Trustees of the University of Arkansas, Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby

acknowledged, does hereby grant, convey and quitclaim unto the said Grantee and unto its

successors and assigns forever all of its right, title, and interest in the following described land,

situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas:

A part of the SE1/4 of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Little Rock,

Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing

at the Southeast corner of the SW1/4 of th e SE1/4 of s aid Section 6; thence North

02 degrees 08 minutes 05 seconds East along the line between said Southeast

corner of the SW1/4 SE1/4 and the Northeast corner of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4

of said Section 6, a distance of 1406.25 feet to a point on the North right of way

of Interstate 630, said point being the point of be ginning; thence North 88 degrees

50 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 6.75 feet to a rebar; thence North 02

degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 500.37 feet to a rebar; thence

South 76 degrees 12 mi n ut es 07 seconds East a distance of 15.11 feet to a pinched

pipe; thence South 70 degrees 54 minutes 01 seconds East a distance of 172.11

feet to a r ebar; then ce South 80 degrees 57 minutes 01 seconds East a distance of

111.31 feet; thence South 12 degrees 41 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of

37.17 feet to a rebar; thence South 10 degrees 45 minutes 39 seconds East a

distance of 95.22 feet to a rebar; thence South 05 degrees 23 minutes 04 seconds

West a distance of 250.60 feet to a rebar; thence North 84 degrees 09 minutes 05

seconds West a distance of 2.00 feet to an Arkansas Highway and Transportation

Department right of way monument; thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 33

seconds West along said North right of way of Interstate 630 a distance of 17.64

feet; thence South 67 degrees 55 minutes 43 seconds West along said Nort h right

of way a distance of 124.89 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 50 minutes

36 seconds West along said North right of way a distance of 152.33 feet to the

point of beginning.
