COUNTY OF POLK )

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Polk County, a political subdivision

of the State of Florida, as the holder of that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement dated

January 13, 2009 and recorded January 14, 2009 in Official Records Book 7796, at Pages 1901

through 1906 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, granted by Robert P. Brimer and

Melissa C. Brimer, husband and wife, to secure payment of that certain First Down Program

Promissory Note of even date therewith in the original principal amount of $7,000.00, does

hereby acknowledge the full satisfaction of said Mortgage and Security Agreement and direct the

Clerk of the Circuit Court to evidence the satisfaction of said Mortgage and Security Agreement

of record by causing this document to be recorded forthwith among the Public Records of Polk

County, Florida.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Polk County has caused this document to be executed in its

name by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners as of the 2

day of October,
