During the April 17, 2014, Planning Commission hearing, the Planning Commission
approved staff’s recommendation to continue the item to May 22, 2014 to allow staff
time to address comments received from the California Department of Fish and
Wildlife. In the meantime, additional analysis has been requested by Caltrans. The
applicant is working on technical reports requested by the State agencies.
Therefore, staff recommends that the item be taken off calendar. The item will be
rescheduled for a Planning Commission hearing once all outstanding issues have
been resolved.
RECOMMENDATION: Take Item Off Calendar.
