VIDEO PRODUCTION CONTRACT

PURPOSE:
The producer will provide the client with an 5-8 minute video tape, promoting (

The client will provide locations and subjects that will best exemplify the goals and
mission of this piece.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE:

PRODUCTION FACILITIES:
Producer will contract with outside production companies for use of equipment and post-
production facilities, hire talent, and a music composer.

CHANGES:
Producer agrees to make changes at the following times: at the script approval meeting
and one revision of the off-line edit (check-off). Any changes made after the off-line
edit has been approved will be billed, in addition to the standard fee, at market cost.
OWNERSHIP:
Copyright of the video tape will be held by ( ).
TERMINATION:
This contract can be terminated by the client up until the point of check-off at the
penalty of 50% of the total production budget. This contract can be terminated by the
producer up until the point of check-off at no cost to the client.
