calculation of academic years costs, the amounts of $5,000.00 for your spouse and $5,000.00foreach child.

The United States government requires all universities to obtain documentation that a student has adequate financial resources to cover

sponsor(s) must equal or exceed the minimum. Bank verification of funds must not be older than six months. Important: Your application

for admission will not be processed without this form, bank verification from your funding source stated in U.S. dollars, anda copy of
