1. Submit the following online to UW Graduate Admissions:
English Proficiency: for the applicant whose native language is not English, the results of the TOEFL (Educational Testing Service,
Box 995, Princeton, NJ 08540, USA) are required. The results of the TOEFL must be received on or before the Department of Construction
Management’s application deadline. A score of 550 or higher is required.
G.R.E. scores: (Aptitude Test scores of the Graduate Record Examination) must be received on or before the application deadline.

Financial Ability: for the International applicant, the financial ability form must be received by the Graduate Admissions office within
30 days of the Department of Construction Management’s decision offering admission to the applicant.

Transcripts: one official copy of transcripts from all collegiate institutions you have attended (within the past 7 years) is required and
must be received by Graduate Admissions committee by application deadline
Photocopy of the G.R.E. scores: (Aptitude Test scores of the Graduate Record Examination) must be received on or before the
application deadline. Contact nearest university or Educational Testing Services, Box 995, Princeton, NJ 08540, USA, for forms,
application, and testing dates information. Scores take approximately ten days to be posted to the Graduate Admissions database.
Statement of Purpose. The application is incomplete without it. Please send a one page (single spaced, typewritten or equivalent) your
reasons for pursuing graduate study in construction management at the University of Washington. Include special aptitudes, interests
or background that you feel will enable you to commence or continue your education and training in the field. Describe any special
areas of interest in which you desire to focus your study. Please also note any special areas of interest on the Graduate School
Application.
A Personal Résumé or Curriculum Vitae is required of applicants to provide further background addressed to the Admissions
Committee.
Three letters of recommendation must be received on or before the application deadline. The names of persons contacted for letters
may be entered in the space provided below:
