Should you wish to make a provisional booking please contact
one of our Christmas Co-ordinators on 01223 367701.
To confirm your booking please complete the enclosed booking
form and return it to us within 14 days with a non-refundable
deposit of £5.00 per person to guarantee the booking.
If you confirm your booking and pay the deposit prior to
31st October 2012, we will provide one bottle of house wine
free of charge for every sixth person in your group

Relax and stay the night
For guests wishing to stay overnight after their Christmas meal
we are offering twin and double bedded rooms with private
bath or shower, at a very special price of£85.00
inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT.
This price is for two people and is subject to availability
If you wish to make a reservation for accommodation,
please contact our Reservations Department.
(Double rooms are normally £125 - £150 with English breakfast
an additional £7.95 per person. Our £85 special offer price is
available for one night only on the same date as your confirmed
Christmas menu booking. It is not available in conjunction
with any other menus)

Cream of Leek and Wensleydale Soup
A thick creamy leek and potato soup flavoured with
Wensleydale cheese and topped with a Wensleydale crouton.
Venison, Pork and Chicken Terrine
Our chef’s home made terrine of venison and pork layered with
chicken fillet, flavoured with port and herbs. Served with red
onion and orange marmalade and toasted Ciabatta.
A Trio of Melons with Exotic Fruits
Slices of honeydew, galia and cantaloupe melon,
with raspberries, pineapple, mango and kiwi marinated
in peach schnapps.

Supreme of Salmon
A poached supreme of salmon served on couscous with a cream
sauce flavoured with coriander, cumin, cardamom and lime.
Gnocchi Piemontaise
Little dumplings made with potato, sautéed with onions,
bacon and mushrooms and served in a cream and herb sauce,
topped with Parmesan cheese.

Traditional Roast Turkey

Mouth-wateringly tender fresh free-range turkey, served with
chestnut and mushroom stuffing, chipolata sausage wrapped in
bacon, cranberry sauce and homemade bread sauce.
Roast Sirloin of Beef
A roasted sirloin of beef brushed with horseradish. Served sliced
with Yorkshire pudding and a Rioja wine and mushroom sauce.
Gougere with Roasted Vegetables
Savoury choux pastry, flavoured with cheese, filled with roasted
vegetables and lentils in a roasted tomato and pepper sauce.
Served with a Selection of Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes

Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
A traditional dark Christmas pudding, full of plump ripe fruit
soaked in cider and sherry. Served with aNapoleon brandy sauce.
Peach, Apricot and Raspberry Roulade
Peach and apricot ice cream with a raspberry centre,
encased in chocolate sponge. Served with raspberry coulis
and Chantilly cream.
