CONTRACT CONDITIONS

COACH OBLIGATIONS

No payment will be made:

when he fails to attend any game when selected or misses any training as agreed.

if he does not become a member of the ……………………………….. Football Club and

abide by all the conditions set down by that club. (Copy attached)

if he does not make himself available for any representive games in which his

League/Association competes in.

if he does not provide adequate medical coverage as determined by the Club.

if he does not comply with the rules set down by the League/Association and the SANFL.

if the coach does not attend any community or Club activity as determined by the Club.

TERMINATION:

Both parties can terminate this contract at any time if:

a) both parties agree

b) from a decision made at a constituted meeting of the Club Committee with the coach

present

No coach can apply to act as an official at another club while under contract.

This contract sets forth the entire agreement between Coach and Club and cannot be modified or

supplemented orally. No other agreement exists between Coach and Club.
