using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
ANDthepartyofthefirstpartcovenantsasfollows:thatsaidpartyofthefirstpartisseizedofthesaidpremisesinfeesimple,and
hasgoodrighttoconveythesame;thatthepartyofthesecondpartshallquietlyenjoythesaidpremises;thatthesaidpremisesare

The word “party” shall be construed as if it read “parties” whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
