Once a scheduled time has been agreed upon by all parties then a Home Inspection contract will

be emailed or mailed to the client confirming the above information and the method of payment.

This contract MUST be returned prior to the inspection as part of the North Carolina Home

Inspector Licensure law. As a policy, we do not inspect homes that Ron Wells has built.
