PLEASEREADCAREFULLY

Thispowerofattorneyauthorizesanotherperson(youragent)tomakedecisions

concerningyourpropertyforyou(theprincipal).Youneednotgivetoyouragentall

theauthoritieslistedbelowandmaygivetheagentonlythoselimitedpowersthatyou

specificallyindicate.Thispowerofattorneygivesyouragenttherighttomakelimited

decisionsforyou.Youshouldverycarefullyweighyourdecisionastowhatpowersyou

giveyouragent.Youragentwillbeabletomakedecisionsandactwithrespecttoyour
