(FrontDoor). FrontDoor has received and approved such application for residency as agent for

the landlord at Apartment Number __________ in the _______________________ building. The

undersigned with this agreement submits to Front Door a deposit in amount of $_______ and

FrontDoor agrees to hold an apartment for the undersigned until ______________ 20___. If the

undersigned does not execute an apartment lease by that date, FrontDoor will not refund the

amount deposited. If the undersigned does execute a lease by that date, FrontDoor will apply the

amount deposited to the undersigned’s security deposit then due.
