Evaluation Form before 3:00 p.m. bell tower by May 27, 2011).

Please keep a record of the dates and hours you work on the physical portion of the project, as

well as the meetings you have with your mentor. In addition, please chart the tasks that you

work on or accomplish. Show your mentor your time sheet when you meet and explain what you

have been doing. This will be helpful later when you ask your mentor to verify your hours and

evaluate the project.
