Dear Mr. Lewis,

I am writing this letter on behalf of all the residents of our colony to formally

welcome you and your family into our society. Hope you have a wonderful

and happy stay.

I am the Secretary of this colony and preside over monthly meetings held

on all second Saturdays wherein matters concerning the society are

discussed.

We have thirty-five units in all and house a grocery-shop, vegetable store

and gymnasium to convenience the residents. We have an intercom

connecting all houses. The numbers along with the names of occupants will

be handed over to you shortly.

You are invited to attend the monthly meet for September2013 on

21September2013 in our Community Hall at 11 a.m wherein you can meet

the other residents and introduce yourselves.
