Within 90 days of sale: LW Mountain will accept unopened / undamaged cartons

of flooring for full refund within 90 days of sale without a restock charge.

91+ 180 days after sale: LW Mountain will accept unopened / undamaged cartons

of flooring for refund 91- 180 days of sale with a restock charge of 25%.

180+ days after sale: LW Mountain will NOT accept returns 180 or more

days after sale.

All freight costs associated with return of materials are the responsibility of the customer.

LW Mountain will NOT accept any opened or damaged cartons of flooring for return.
