Conditions of the Agreement:

The internship isrelated toan educational purposeand there isno guarantee or
expectation that the activitywill result in employment with the Company.
•
The educationreceived bythe Intern from the internship isfor the expressbenefitof the
Intern.
•
The Intern does not replace or displace any employee of the Company.
•
The Intern will receive direct and close supervision by an appropriate supervisor.
•
The Companydoes not derive an immediateadvantage from the activities performed by
the Intern.
•
Intern isnot entitled towages or anycompensationor benefitsfor the timespent inthe
internship.
•
Companyisnot liable for injurysustained or healthconditionsthat mayarisefor the
unpaid intern during the course of the internship.
The Intern specifically agrees to and acknowledges the following:
•
This internshipiseducational innatureand there isno guarantee or expectationthat the
internship will result in employment.
•
Company may at anytime initssolediscretion, terminate the internship without notice or
cause.
•
Intern willmaintaina regularinternship scheduledetermined bythe Intern and their
supervisor.
•
Intern willdemonstratehonesty, punctuality, courtesy, cooperativeattitude,proper health
and grooming habits, appropriate dress and a willingness to learn.
•
Intern willobeythe policies,rules and regulations of the Companysiteand complywith
the Company’s business practices and procedures.
•
Intern willfurnish his/her supervisor withallnecessaryinformationpertainingtomy
unpaid internship, including related assignments and reports.
•
Under no circumstances willIntern leave the internship without firstconferring with
Intern’s supervisor.
•
Transportation to and from the internship siteis the responsibilityof the Intern.
•
WhileIntern ison the Companypremises,he/she isconsidered an employee or agent of
Companyfor anypurposes, includingbut not limited to workers compensation.
•
Intern assumes allof the risks of participating intheinternship program.In consideration
of the opportunityafforded tothe Intern toparticipateinthe internship program,Intern
herebyagrees that he/she, his/herassignees,heirs,guardians, and legal representatives,
willnot make a claimagainst Companyor anyof itsaffiliatedorganizations, or either of

theirofficers or directors collectivelyor individually, or anyof itsemployees,for the
injuryof deathtoInternor damagetohis/herproperty, however caused, arisingfrom
his/herparticipationinthe internship program.Without limitingthe generalityof the
foregoing. Intern hereby waives and releases anyrights, actions, or causes or action
resultingfrom personal injuryor deathtohim/her, or damage tohis/her property,
sustained in connection with his/her participation in the internship program.
I understand that this unpaid, learning experienceisnot employmentandthat Internisnot
entitled to wages or a promiseofemploymentat thecompletion oftheunpaidstructured
learningexperience.
