Please help us order your gown correctly by visiting a bridal salon or seamstress
to have your measurements taken professionally. Compare your bust, waist & hip
measurements to the size chart provided and choose the size closest to your own
measurements.The chart is specific to your gown and may not reflect your normal
dress size. If you have any questions about choosing your size, please don’t
hesitate to contact us so we may help guide your selection.
- If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger
size, as it is easier to take in a gown than let it out.
- Measure for the best fit. Do not measure over shirts.
- Bust: With arms relaxed at sides, measure around the fullest part of bust, under
your arms and keeping tape parallel to floor.
- Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this
point keeping tape parallel to floor and comfortable around your waist.
- Hips: Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Special Order Policies
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL: no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed. A minimum
50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed, except for purchases under the
SuperSaver Bridesmaid program, which require payment in full upon order.
All balances must be paid in full within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise by
Bella Rosa, prior to first pin-fitting or upon delivery of the merchandise to the customer,
whichever is earlier. Interest at a rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum shall accrue
on any amounts not paid in full on or before their due date.
• The cancellation of customer's event does not absolve customer from responsibility to pay
the
balance on orders. In the event that Bella Rosa must take action to collect any unpaid
balance,
customer agrees to pay all interest charges as provided above, as well as all costs
of
collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. Merchandise that has
not
been completely paid for by customer’s wear date will become property of Bella Rosa,
Inc.
and any deposits will be forfeited.
• Alterations are provided on-site through Fariba Alterations at additional cost, and the
following price ranges are provided as general estimates: The average for bridal gowns:
$350 - $550; bridesmaid gowns: $75 - $150; and social occasion gowns $75 - $150. The
actual fees may vary due to unique features of some gowns.
• Alteration fittings are by appointment only. Please call approximately six weeks prior
to wear date to schedule first pin-fitting. Correct shoes and undergarments must be
selected and in-hand prior to pin-fitting appointment. Alteration appointments do not
include time to select or order these items.
• A $35 charge will apply on all returned checks.
