3. The transaction is not part of an arrangement:
(a) involving a change in the rights or interest of a beneficiary of the trust
or
(b) terminating the trust.
4. Transfer duty has been paid on all trust acquisitions or trust surrenders for which transfer duty is
imposed for the trust before the transaction.

provisions of the Oaths Act 1867.

(c) a conveyancer, or another person authorised to administer an oath, under the law of the State, the Commonwealth or
another state.
