SUBLEASE AGREEMENT
__________________________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”), acknowledges that
__________________________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”) has/have permis-
sion to sublet the premises located at __________________________________________________________ (hereinafter
referred to as “the premises”) to _________________________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to
as “Sublessee”). Lessee will vacate the premises on _________________________ and Sublessee will assume possession
on _________________________. This Sublease Agreement ends at 11:59 p.m. on _________________________. Lessee
agrees to have all rents paid current as of the day Lessee vacates. Upon move-in, Sublessee agrees to assume responsibility
to pay all future rents and to abide by all terms of the current Lease Contract between Lessor and Lessee, a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter referred to as “the Lease”). Should Sublessee default on
the terms of the Lease, Lessee understands that Lessee will be held responsible pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Should
Lessee pay any rent any or fees due because of Sublessee’s default, Sublessee agrees and acknowledges that Sublessee will
be liable to reimburse Lessee for said moneys, including any costs and attorney’s fees incurred by Lessee in collecting same.
