Х exposed foundation; no stains, no major cracks, no aking, no eorescense

Х water pump: does not short cycle
Х galvanized pipes do not restrict water ow
Х well water test is acceptable
Х hot water temperature between 118-125 degrees fahrenheit
Heating/Cooling System
Х appears to operate well throughout (good air ow on forced hot air systems)
Х ues: no open seams, slope up to chimney connection
Х no rust around cooling unit
Х no combustion gas odor

Х no asbestos on heating pipes, water pipes, or air ducts
