Getting started with your Thank You Card.
On average, we recommend three images for you thank you card. An image for the front, back and/or inside
spread or inside left fold. Thank you cards can be designed vertical or horizontal in direction. You can pick from
our sample Thank You card verses or create your own (See below).
After you send us your Thank you card image selections, thank you saying and saluation we will begin the design.
The direction of the images sent will deteremine the direction of card unless otherwise noted.
Once the design is
complete we will send you a proof to the email address we have on file.
A few other notes.
Keep in mind that all thank you cards require printing cutoffs. As a result, we suggest avoiding photos that have
important details at the edge of the image as a 1/5" trimline will cutoff in the final print.
Ex: Extreme close ups.
Some clients choose to keep the left inside of the card blank so they can write personal notes to their guest. While
its a thoughtful idea we do not recommend it. Chances are there will only be a handful of your guest you may
want to write a special note to. We recommend adding a personal note card instead of hand writing 75 plus cards
or leaving it blank.
Any switching of images selected after the design has been made will be a $25 per image change fee unless it was
designers choice. All spelling/grammar corrections are the responsibility of the client and any written approval
received acknowledges that you have reviewed all names and text for accuracy. Some airbrushing is done at the
designers choice to remove minor background distractions as a courtesy. Photos taken in public places are part of
the ordinary course of the wedding day experience. Personal client requests for removal of background subjects or
client specific airbrushing will subject to a per hour charge for airbrushing.
Upgrades.
Additional cards can be purchased for $75.00 per 25 cards for standard package thank you cards. Upgrades to 5X7
cards are $2.50 per card for amounts included in your original package. Upgrades to 5X7 metallic cards are $3.00
per card for amounts included in your original.
