Barrel

bar

restaurant

2008

to
Mr
Menard
s
involvement
in
the
restaurant
business

was

in
owning

operating
a
sporting
good
and
gun
business
for
many

was
involved
in
all
aspects
of
customer
service
purchasing
and
operating

privately

Barshay
and
Mr
Menard
are
longtime
residents
