Dear Sir
This is in support of the credit report dated 10.10.2013 which I received
from your bank. From the report we can conclude that I have made partial
payment for the bill that I received for September 2013.but this is not true
and there seems some mistake at your end. I think there is some
misconception regarding my credit report. In fact I have cleared the entire
payment and it is clearly mentioned in the bill for the month of September
2013.
As evidence, I hereby attach the Xerox copies of cheque numbers through
which I have made the payment and the pass credit report documents. You
are requested to go through the same, verify and make the necessary
changes. You are also required to send me a corrected credit report for the
month of September 2013.
