I hereby certify that the site that we are proposing for the 2011 Tour of Architects will be offered

exclusively to GEM, LLC and Seattle Homes and Lifestyles for 60 days prior and following tour

dates. Exclusivity dates are from January 19 until May 20, 2011. No other public tours will be

offered during the exclusivity dates. This assures that GEM, LLC, Seattle Homes and Lifestyles,

sponsors and architects can promote the tour and each site on the tour to the fullest extent. Thank
