contract
may
be
cancelled
,
terminated
or suspended in whole
or in
part and th

contractor
may be
declared
ineligible
for
further Government contracts
or
federally
assisted
construction
contracts in
accordance
with
procedures
authorized
in
Executive
Order 11246, as
amended, and such
other
sanct

ons may
be
imposed
and
remedies invoked
as
provided

e said
Executive Order
or by rule

regulation
or

Secretary

or as
otherwise
provided by law
.
The
contractor
will

the portion of the
sentence

every subcontract

purchase

unless exempted

rules, regulations
or orders
of
the Secretary

subcontract or purchase

SBA

enforcing such provisions, including sanctions

litigation with

or vendor as a result of such direction by SBA, the

United
States
to enter

litigation to protect the
