Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to make clear in legal terms the agreement reached between me Mr.

Gurumurthy as the fist party and you Mr. Ravi as the second party to rent

out my two buildings fo the purpose of your enterprise for initially a period

of 11 months. If the parties find it suitable to go on with the contract, the

contract may be extended. And if the parties feel to terminate it then and

there, they are free to do so provided a three month’s notice being served

to the party concerned. The rent advance for the building will be 50,0000

and the monthly rent for the building and its rooms will be Rs 2,00000 per

month and it should be paid on 3rd of each month through cash cheque or

online transfer of amount. The building has got 12 rooms with fully

furnished office space consisting of tables, chairs, furniture sets, sitting

sofas, etc. The building has facilities like electricity connection, water

connection and cable connection for both phone and TV.
