2006. This appointment willbe for a fixed12-month term ending on 31

March 2007. Evidence of your
identity and confirmation byyou that you are eligibleto work in theUKis required.A valid National
Insurance number is adequate proof. This appointment is made onthe terms set out below and is subjectto
satisfactory references and a pre-employment medical questionnaire.
Your main rolein this job willbe in expandingour customerbase as well as building and maintaining existing
customerrelationships.
Your salary will be£20,000 per annum, paid monthly, andyou will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week.
Overtimemaybe required during exceptionally busy period, paidat a rate of £7 per hour. Our normal working
dayis 9am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch, but flexibleworking hours maybeaccommodated at Marys
Dairies’ discretion.You willnot generallyberequired to work onnational holidays.
Youwill be based at our premises in Malton, where your immediate supervisor will be Barry Jones. You
shouldreport to him/her on arrival on your first day
Your annual holiday allowance will initially be4 weeks per annum. Youare entitledto four days self-certified
sick leaveat a time, beyondwhich you must obtain medical certification for your absence. You are entitledto
sick pay for a maximum of four weeks in any twelve months. You are entitled to statutory maternity/paternity
leave.
Thepost is temporary for a probationary period of three months, whichmay be extended should Mary’s
Dairies requireit. Pendinga review of this period the job will then be made permanent. After this point, your
pay and performance will be reviewed everytwelve months. Anyvariations to your contract of employment
willbeagreed before theyare implemented.
Should you wish to leavethecompany after the expiration ofthe probationaryperiod, you are requiredto give
notice of onemonth. We will provide you with thesame notice period should we wishto terminate your
employment, except in circumstancesoutlinedin thefull terms ofemployment.
Youwill have reasonable expenses, incurred as part of your job, repaid by the company.Fulldetails ofall
your terms and conditions of employment are containedin theStatementof Terms and Conditions of
Employment, acopyofwhich will be passed onto you duringyour induction.
