Day One– Arrivals
Our dedicated staff will meet your guests at the Tortola Airport on Beef Island (EIS) upon arrival and provide
complimentary transportation to nearby Trellis Bay dock, just a 2 minute ride from the airport. The resort’s private
launch will then take guests on a 10 minute boat ride in style and comfort to Scrub Island. The launch leaves
Trellis Bay dock every hour at :45 past the hour. Special arrangements can be made for guests arriving through
St. Thomas.
Spend the remainder of the day relaxing and enjoying the resort pools and beach facilities while discovering
the resonating beauty of Scrub Island
“No Shoes – No Problem” Welcome Dinner
Scrub Island Resort can plan a fun welcome event poolside or on the Caribbean Sea! Guests are encouraged
to dress casually “sans shoes”. Start your event by enjoying a cool Rum Punch or Painkiller (a BVI favorite)
while dipping your toes in the calm clear ocean. Our chef can prepare a spectacular Caribbean themed buffet
with entertainment featuring a steel pan band and local interactive mocka jumbie dancers. Or, experience our
delectable Surf & Turf buffet! Local Anegada Lobsters are prepared fresh and steak is grilled to order. A very
memorable, true Caribbean experience.
Day Two

Explore
it with us! Hop on down to Norman Island for
some snorkel fun to start the day off swimmingly, then cruise on to Willy T - the infamous pirate ship
restaurant - for a floating lunch. We’ll cruise between St. John and Tortola to Soggy Dollar Bar on White Bay,
Jost Van Dyke for Sun, Fun, and Rum
Themed group dinner, choose from a variety of options
Day Three

Virgin Gorda Day Trip
The Baths are located at the southern end of Virgin Gorda, just a few short miles from Scrub Island and they
alone are a good reason to visit the island. The Baths are a collection of giant boulders which form spectacular
pools and grottos which flood with sea water at high tide. These huge boulders and rock formations are worn
smooth by rain and sea water and form a maze that leads to Devil's Bay beach where you can snorkel in the
clear blue water around the boulders or just chill out on the beautiful beach. Going and coming back from the
baths you can explore some great snorkeling spots like the “Dogs”, or even some spots around Scrub Island
itself, that are only accessible by water.
Rehearsal dinnerin Tierra! Tierra! Enjoy Caribbean favorites while the sun sets over the Marina.
Day Four – Your Wedding Day

Enjoy some pre-wedding pampering for you and your bridal party in our Ixora Spa by L’OCCITANE, overlooking
the tranquil crystal clear waters of the Caribbean.
3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Your guests gather at Governor’s Point, cold passed refreshments will be provided
4:00 p.m. - Ceremony
4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. - Guests are transported to reception location while wedding pictures are taken
5:30 p.m. - Cocktail Reception begins
6:00 p.m. - Introduction as man and wife & first dance.
7:00 p.m. -Dinner served in Caravela Restaurant or under the Stars on the Grand Patio
8:30 p.m. - Cutting of the cake and dancing

Departures
The Scrub Island Resort private launch will transport guests to Trellis Bay. From Trellis Bay, guests will betaken
to the airport and escorted to their departure airline. The resort private launch departs at: 30 minutes past each
hour beginning at 6:30 am.
