It is recommended that, prior to playing, fresh alkaline batteries be installed for best performance. To install

fresh batteries, an ADULT must do the following:

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included) remove the screws and battery compartment cover from the

bottom of the unit. (Fig. 1)

2. Install three (3) AA alkaline batteries (not included) making sure the (+) and (-) ends face the proper

direction as indicated inside the battery compartment. (Fig. 1a)

3. Replace the compartment cover and tighten the screws.

EXCHANGE SECRET MESSAGES

Have a secret message that no one but your best friend should see? Follow these steps:

1. Peel plastic film from screen and disard.

2. Remove the Witch‛s Broom Magic Pen from its holder and uncap it.

3. Write your secret message or draw a picture on the screen.

ERASING MESSAGES

4. Push and hold the button to activate the screen!

5. How mystical! Your invisible message can now be seen! Exchange secrets with your best

friends all night.

1. Dampen a soft cloth with water only.

2. Wipe off the screen. Now you‛re ready for some new messages!

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Keep Pen away from eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek

medical advice.

• If Pen comes into contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• DO NOT use Pen on fabrics, furniture, people, pets, etc.

• Keep Pen away from food preparation and consumption areas.

• Contents of this playset are not to be eaten.

• Wash hands after use.

• Use under adult supervision.

CAUTION

• ONLY use the Witch‛s Broom Magic Pen included with this set to write on the Secret Message Pad™.

• Re-cap the Witch‛s Broom Magic Pen after using to prevent drying.

• DO NOT leave the Pen in the sun or in very hot areas.

• Wash your hands thoroughly after playing with items in this playset.

1. Pull out the leg and prop it up as shown. (Fig. 8)

FRAME

1. You can turn your Secret Message Pad™ into a frame! Fit a photo or drawing into the bottom

slots. (Fig. 7)

2. Then slide the top of the photo or drawing into the clips.

NOTE: Photos or drawings inserted into frame should be approximately 7½” tall and 6½” wide.

To hang the frame on the wall, ask an ADULT to place the frame onto a nail secured into the wall.
