• Hearings.Youhavetherighttorequestahearinginthedistrict/municipalcourtinthecountywherethevehiclewastowedtocontestthevalidityof

theimpoundmentorthetowingandstoragefees.Thetowtruckcompanywillprovideyouwithahearingrequestformwhenyouseektoredeemthe

vehicle.Yourhearingrequestmustbereceivedbythecourtwithin10daysofthedatethatyouseektoredeemthevehicleandnotlessthan5days

beforetheauction.Alingfeeisrequiredwhenyoulethehearingrequestformwiththecourtclerk.
