Use this form to claim the right to sell or take ownership of a vehicle or vessel if you have not been

compensated for services and materials you provided for the vehicle or vessel at the request of the

registered owner. You must follow the requirements of RCW 60.08, 60.10, and WAC 308-56A-310,

308-93-445.

To apply for a Certiﬁcate of Title for the vehicle or vessel, take to any vehicle licensing ofﬁce:

• Certiedcopyofthechattellienlingwiththecountyauditor’srecordingofce

• Copiesofletterssentbycertiedorregisteredrst-classmailtoallownersofrecord,includingthe
