Souvenir plates are $20 per plate with no personalization (plain plate). The cost of a personalized plate is $40; make your personalization

selection on page 2. Sponsoring organizations with a souvenir plate may order in bulk for fundraising with a minimum order of 25 souvenir

plates. Fee information for organizations is on page 2.

Souvenir plates do not represent registration. Souvenir plates cannot be used on any vehicle. Character size on a personalized souvenir

plate is smaller than the letters and numbers on actual license plates.

Personalize Your Souvenir Plate – A personalized souvenir plate is $40 per plate.

• Show your personalization exactly as you want it to appear on your souvenir plate(s). Changes cannot be made once the order form is

submitted.

• A selection deemed offensive will not be approved.

• Enter your desired personalized letters, numbers, and/or symbols in the blocks below. The available symbols include: a period, a dash,

a blank space, a Texas silhouette (use an asterisk “*” to indicate), a heart (use an at “@” to indicate), and a star (use an ampersand

“&” to indicate).

• Do not use more than 24 letters, numbers, and other characters when making your choice, including any symbol or space. You are

allowed up to 12 alpha-numeric characters per line. There are two lines available on a souvenir plate.

• You are not required to use all the blocks provided.

Bulk Order to be Completed by a Sponsoring Organization Only

A bulk order must contain a minimum of 25 souvenir plates. The order may contain a mix of non-personalized and personalized souvenir plates.

Plain (non-personalized) souvenir plates are $10 per plate, and personalized plates are $30 per plate.
