WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to the following terms and provisions:
1. The Condominium
1.1 Landlord hereby agrees to lease to Tenant, and Tenant hereby agrees to lease from Landlord, the
above described Condominium.
2. Term of the Lease
2.1 Landlord shall lease the Condominium to Tenant for a term of _________________ (________)

2.2 At the end of this term, the lease shall automatically renew at the end of each calendar month for

days written notice of termination of the Lease.
3. Lease Payments
3.1 Tenant shall pay to Landlord a total sum of ________________ dollars ($_____________) rent for
the term, which rent shall be paid in equal monthly installments of ______________ dollars

month during the term of this Lease, without deduction or demand. Such payments shall be sent

4. Security Deposit
4.1 Tenant shall pay to Landlord a security deposit of ________________ dollars ($_____________) at

conditions of this Agreement. The security deposit shall not gather interest.
4.2 Within twenty-one (21) days after Tenant has vacated the Condominium, Landlord shall return
all or a portion of such security deposit. If any portion of the security deposit is withheld,
Landlord shall provide Tenant with a written explanation thereof.

4.3 Landlord may withhold any portion of the security deposit as is reasonably necessary for the
following conditions:
a. To remedy any Tenant defaults in the payment of rent or of any other funds due to
Landlord pursuant to this Agreement.
b. To restore the Condominium to the condition it was at the commencement of this
Agreement, normal wear and tear excepted.
