1.2 Tenant shall use the Condominium for residential purposes only. Tenant shall not use the

Condominium in a manner that interferes with other tenants’ use or enjoyment of the common

areas or adjoining properties in the condominium complex. Tenant shall not use the

Condominium for any illegal or improper use. Tenant shall also comply with any and all Zoning

Ordinances, Protective Covenants, and Deed Restrictions.
