I am a currently a student studying Social Sciences at your prestigious

University, with student number SS193. I am writing to inform you that I

shall be absent from my classes from June 2

to June 6

2010 due to

some unforeseen personal circumstances.

I am requesting a leave of absence from your good self on those dates to

attend to my urgent matter. I shall be back to classes on June 7

2010 and

will be responsible to catch up on the missed work. I have mentioned this to
