V2GPHOTOGRAPHY MUSIC VIDEO AGREEMENT
THE VIDEO PRODUCER, hereinafter known as
V2GPHOTOGRAPHY has reached the following agreement
terms with the client/clients.
On TODAYS DATE __________ The Artist(s)
__________________________has agreed to the following
services
1. V2GPHOTOGRAPHY will use footage from master video
recorded by V2GPHOTOGRAPHY for our/my music video.
2. The Artist(s) will pay V2GPHOTOGRAPHY a two time
payment of _____________ for the final production of a full
length music video. The first payment will be distributed
on the day of filming. The second installment will be
distributed prior to the release of the finalized music
video. The agreed Artist(s) will have the opportunity to
view and have a ONE TIME change of certain parts of the
music video, if the Artist(s) is not satisfied with the
finished services. ANY ADDITIONAL CHANGES will be
charged an additional $50 per hour for extra services.
This rate assumes video footage is clear & has no
technical problems. If minor technical problems exist
there is a 5% reduction in rate. If major technical
problems exist (such as color shifts, picture roll, dropouts,
no audio, etc.) there is a 10% reduction.
V2GPHOTOGRAPHY will select all footage which is to be
used and inputed into the music video. Final video
footage will be exclusively available to the Artist to view
via "privatized" Youtube and(or) Vimeo links. After the 2nd
installment of payment is given to V2GPHOTOGRAPHY, the
video will be publicized to view worldwide.
3. The Artist(s) will allow V2GPHOTOGRAPHY to
electronically transfer from video to photograph any still
frame taken from the video footage for use in advertising,
promotion and video box covers.
4. The Artist(s) will allow V2GPHOTOGRAPHY to use video
footage in any of their advertising, video productions &
promotions now known or later developed. This grant
includes the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or
re-use the video footage in whole or in part as
V2GPHOTOGRAPHY may elect, including the right to
broadcast, exhibit, market, sell, and otherwise distribute
video footage.
5. The Artist(s) agrees that all video footage &
photographs remain the property of V2GPHOTOGRAPHY,
including copyright interests. The Artist(s) acknowledges
the lack of any interest or ownership in video footage.
However, V2GPHOTOGRAPHY will allow The Artist(s),
without notification to V2GPHOTOGRAPHY, to sell, market
or otherwise distribute this video footage, as The Artist(s)
sees fit, after a period of 60 days from the date of this
contract.
6. The Artist(s) has the right to enter this agreement, and
that he/she are not restricted by any commitments to
third parties.
7. The Artist(s) will not hold V2GPHOTOGRAPHY liable for
any damages due to publicity or notoriety which may arise
from the use of said video footage & photographs in any
V2GPHOTOGRAPHY advertising, production or promotion.
The Artist(s) will indemnify(secure) V2GPHOTOGRAPHY
from any & all claims arising out of or in any way
connected to the above granted uses and
representations.
8. Artist(s) can expect to have their first viewing of their
video 4-6 weeks after the signing of this contract/release.
Final version of the artist(s) video will be available no later
than 90 days of the signing of this contract.
9. The Artist(s) agrees that he has read and fully
understands all stipulations of this contract/release.
*If payment selection is carried out via pay pal or check
by the artist(s), then the artist(s) is responsible for any
additional costs accrued from using this method of
transaction(etc. Paypal transaction fees, insufficient
funds/bounced checks)*
