Dear Grant Manager:

Our program would like to exercise our option to use the Budget Modification for FY2008 in the

<Grant Type>. The following <Grant Type> budget categories will be affected by the proposed

changes:

 Professional/Consultant – To decrease the funds for Record Keeping by $1,400. The amount used

for Record Keeping this year was less than originally planned.

 Equipment – To add funds to equipment in the amount of $1,000 for a Fax/Copier/Scanner to be

used by the Victim Liaison.

 Other DOE – To increase Other DOE by $400 for additional Printing costs for Crime Victim

Brochures.
